Andreas Klug - Managing Director
Andreas Klug has been professionally focused on innovative solutions in a contact centre environment since 1993. He managed issues such as ACD/CRM integration for banking and later on for wireless communication as a senior consultant before becoming ITyX Managing Director in 2003. He is responsible for marketing, public relations and sales, although he cannot keep his hands off the occasional coordination of projects for the ITyX Professional Services.
