1. Install a Mediatrix test system
ITyX specialists conduct an onsite installation with you or provide you with a unit for managed service. Based on categorised test mails, message categories are learned and classification qualities are proven. This process takes just one day.

2. Workshop for implementation planning
Specialist requirements are defined in a workshop and details for technical integration are adjusted. This takes between 2 and 3 days including post-processing.

3. Delivery of pre-configured systems and onsite optimisation
The production-related Mediatrix configurations with text objects and process and escalation features are delivered into a pre-productive system environment and optimised together with your application manager. This process takes up to 2 days.

4. Implementation
